Owner Guide
A short reference for running the Xpression Services LLC site. This page is not linked from the public site and is hidden from search engines.
Manage your content
Sign in to the Vulken dashboard to add, edit or remove services, gallery items and shop products. Anything you change there appears on the site without a rebuild.
Packages
Each package has a name, a section (Photography, Videography or Wedding), what it includes and a starting price. Edit any of them in the dashboard and the Services page and the booking form update at once.
Media gallery
Add gallery items with an image, a category and an optional caption. A row with type "Video" can hold a YouTube or Vimeo link and it will play embedded on the Media page.
Shop products
Add products with a price, image and category. If you track inventory, set the stock number and the store will show the real count and disable buying when it hits zero.
Leads and bookings
Every booking request, talent registration, contact message and shop signup is saved and texted to you. They all appear in your dashboard under Customers and Inbound.
